Paisley band The Vegan Leather have been making music together since 2014; last week they released their (exceptional) debut album Poor Girls/Broken Boys, and around 12 hours later were awarded a Scottish Alternative Music Award for Best Live Act.
To celebrate the release, the band played a one off gig in King Tuts Wah Wah Hut and I caught up with Gian and Marie before they took to the stage…
