Sleeping With Sirens – SWG3

Sleeping with Sirens took to the stage in SWG3 on Tuesday night with the energy and excitement expected from night one of a tour, not the last!

Playing ten dates across the UK, finishing up in Glasgow, the band were as sharp as ever, with vocalist Kellin Quinn leading the crowd in every way possible – from transforming the room into a giant mosh pit one moment, to quite literally having everyone get on the floor in the next.

SWS kept fans on their toes, changing up their set from previous nights. With a discography spanning across their 12 years, they kept the favourites in as well as playing tracks from their latest release – ‘Complete Collapse.’

The addition of a surprise cover of the Goo Goo Dolls’ hit “Iris,” created the loudest singalong I’ve ever heard in the Galvanisers room in SWG3 – with the crowd lapping up every second that the band were on stage.

‘Finishing’ their set with If I’m James Dean, You’re Audrey Hepburn, the band left the stage to the classic Glasgow ‘here we, here we, here we fckn go’ chant & returned (after a quick tshirt change from Kellin) to close out the show with 2011 banger ‘If You Can’t Hang.’

A solid performance from start to finish, with the band genuinely grateful to be on stage in front of their fans saw Sleeping With Sirens close out the Ctrl+Alt+Delete tour on a massive, 10 out of 10, high.
